Positive Relationships
Sustained Well-Being

The most powerful prevention tool you have is connection.

Grievance-based violence is on the rise in Canada, and children and youth are increasingly targeted. The good news is that prevention starts with belonging.

This training will help you:

  • Become aware of what grievance-based violence is and how it develops
  • Recognize the social pressures and developmental realities that leave children and youth vulnerable
  • Build the relational skills and everyday practices that create genuine belonging
  • Know when and how to connect children and youth to additional support

This training is for anyone who works with children and youth. You already have what it takes to support young people. This program will help you use those skills with intention.

We are grateful to the Archipel Research and Consulting for their thought leadership and consultation in this project.
