Grab your journal—it’s time to REFLECT.
This week-long activity kicks off the 2025 BGC National Youth Forum: Ripple Effect – Reflect, Connect, Inspire. In Week 1, we focus on reflection—taking time to pause, look inward, and journal about where you’ve been, where you are, and where you’re headed.

Reflect: Journaling Instructions
Journaling gives you the space to slow down and reflect. The goal is to help you think deeply about your life—past and present—through guided prompts. In a world that often feels rushed, this is a chance to pause, process, and express.
Ready to go? We hope you engage with the journaling activity in at least a small way. Feeling inspired? Go further by adding drawings or exploring the optional prompts.
