MyBGC.com Roles
ED Admin
This is the top permission level. This permission level provides access to all Club information including all Club management tools and Club user data in MyBGC and MyBGCU. This permission level is also responsible for assigning staff to the Club Admin role.
Club Admin
This permission level provides access to all Club management tools and Club user data in MyBGC and MyBGCU.
Club Staff
This permission level is specific to paid Club employees, and provides user access to MyBGC and MyBGCU. This role has no access to Club Management tools.
Club Youth
Youth can access MyBGC.com both with and without an account. Account status decides the permissions for this level.
Youth who register an account can connect to a Club, access all youth programs, activities, and Live Events.
Without an account, this permission level has access to Join MyBGC, and all activities, but is limited to display-only program content.
Club Program Volunteer
This permission level provides user access to MyBGC and MyBGCU staff training content. It is not to be confused with the volunteer Club Board member role! This role has no access to Club Management tools.
Club Board Member
This permission level provides user access to MyBGC and MyBGCU Board Zone resources as well as staff training content. This role has no access to Club Management tools.
