This program focuses on five key pillars that take youth on a journey of discovering, and developing their leadership skills.

What Is Leadership?

This Pillar will start at the very beginning: what leadership is and why it matters.

Talking Teamwork

This Pillar focuses on communication as central to teamwork. Being a good leader, and a good team member, requires us to listen, speak, and respond with respect and kindness.

Being A Healthy Leader

This Pillar is all about being the best leader you can be. This means being your best self. Being aware of your own health as an important part of being a great leader.

Impacting Change

This Pillar explores all the ways youth can impact their community and world. An effective leader not only follows their passions, communicates clearly, and is self-aware, they also make healthy choices and are on-side for their community.

Relying on Resilience

This Pillar introduces that being a leader isn't something done in a single moment — it's a lifelong journey! Staying healthy and self-aware through the seasons and all the experiences of life requires resilience.
